To ensure your purchase goes smoothly:
To see the purchase details and track the purchase progress, go to “Your Account” and click on the “Bought” tab once logged into RadicalBuy. After you send payment to the seller, click on “Sent” under Payment Details to confirm that payment has been sent. Once the seller receives the payment, they will confirm that it was received. The seller will then ship your item and mark it in the transaction details. Once you receive the item, check the appropriate box in your transaction history and leave feedback for the seller.
If a seller does not complete the sale (i.e. doesn’t ship the item or ships the wrong item), please be prepared to file a fraud report with RB. We will work with you to resolve the situation and provide assistance based on the issue at hand.
